1. WE DO ALL BUSINESS ONLINE TO PROTECT OUR CLIENTS, TEAM, & COMPANY FROM MISCOMMUNICATION.

2. No Children due to Insurance Liability.

3. **Cancellation Policy as of April 1, 2018** NO EXCEPTIONS on 48-hour Cancellation Policy - No longer will you be charged a full-service fee for canceling within 24 hours. As of April 1, 2018, the new policy is as stated: ** CLIENTS THAT FAIL TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED a $50 FEE TO PAY FOR THE LASH ARTISTS TIME, YOU WILL NOT BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOU NEXT APPOINTMENT ** 

 **Rescheduling the same appointment more than ONCE is not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Clients are expected to be respectful to the booking process and understand that cancelling the same appointment numerous times makes it impossible to run a business.  

If for any reason PLBB must reschedule your appointment within 48 hours due to issues beyond our control, we will give you a 30% discount on your next service.

4. If eye makeup is worn to an appointment, there will be a $25 removal fee. We cannot guarantee a perfect outcome if makeup hinders our results. 

5. If you do not select the correct appointment and more time is needed for your service, your appointment will be cancelled, and a $50 fee is applied due to time constraints and the Artist time.

6. If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment will be cancelled. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. This is due to time constraints of client flow for scheduling and the Artist time. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.

7. You must book all appointments online; you will then receive your square consent and contract via email. Please sign documents prior to your arrival.
